In February, 2011, Senior Painter Chen Houei-Kuen passed away at the age of 105. Professor Chen's contribution to the history of Arts in Taiwan was recognized as the model of a research artist. His success in creation was unique and he also had educated many generations. Nowadays, many of the great artists followed Professor Chen. Chen's individual enchantment of the romance about life inspired many students. They are grateful to Professor Chen and always bear him in mind.
