The biennial Taipei Ceramics Awards offers ceramicists a chance to gather together and engage in a competition. In addition, it is an indicative event of the trend of the modern ceramics in Taiwan. Every time the competition takes place, countless skilled artists have participated. This year is no exception, with 107 submissions, four of which received the awards and twenty-eight received honorable mentions.
