The original inspiration for this piece was simply the desire tocommemorate the birth of my son.

Shaped like a chubby hand, this piece is actually a very practicalteapot (the thumb is the spout, the middle finger and ring fingerare the lid, and the index finger and little finger can be usedas handles to pour out tea).
