The awards given by the Taipei Ceramics Awards are divided into three contest groups - Achievement, Artistic Innovation, and Subject Design. The Awards aims to honor the veteran cermists who have devoted themselves to the art of ceramics all through their life, while it also wishes to encourage exploration and experiment, and stimulate innovation and design for the art of ceramics as to re-live the ceramic community in Taiwan.
