A March of One Hundred Children
Keep Moving, Keep Reproducing
Changing and changing, until we become the ones who we not used to be. From the perspectives of industrial design and making use of Chinese traditional image - Picture of Hundreds of Children -the artwork is meant to discuss the culture of conformism in Chinese society. The gigantic tower-like structure represents the idea of a big factory. One by one; people eagerly pass through the narrow gate of conformism and eventually become the "elites", losing all the individuality.
