It is often said by many architects that building is a vessel for living. Hsiao Yu-chih attempts to build a miniature architectural structure which is made primarily of clay by ceramist Kung Wen-yi, in the hope of stimulating people’s imagination about vessels of life. At the first stage, Hsiao displays his work on the wall model. Then, at the second stage, he displays his physical work which allows viewers to experience the interior space, leading them to understand his challenges in creating pottery and architectural objects.
